You can order goods online, by phone, or in person at our store. Payment can be made by bank transfer or in cash. Once payment has been received, we will carefully and discreetly package the goods and ship them or prepare them for pickup. We will keep you informed of each step in a timely manner.
What does price fixing mean?
Fixing means that at the moment the order is sent, the price is fixed (locked) and does not change even when the market moves. It is binding and depends on current stock market prices and exchange rates. You can find more information about the conditions of fixing here.
How can I start investing?
You can invest almost immediately. Just select the products in our e-shop and place your order. Can I shop anonymously?
Precious metals can be purchased in cash up to CZK 270,000 per day. However, even for these purchases, basic identification of the buyer is required by law.
How can I pay?
Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash (for orders up to a certain value). You will see the specific options when completing your order.
How does delivery work?
We ship goods as insured valuable mail. You can choose delivery via Czech Post and Balíková or Zásilková. Specific options always depend on the total value of the order. All shipments are sent with maximum discretion and without labeling.
Am I taking a risk when delivering a shipment?
Delivery security is our priority. All shipments are carefully packaged without visible markings so that their contents cannot be identified. They are insured for the full value of the order, and the entire packaging and shipping process is monitored by a camera system. This allows us to prove at any time that the shipment was sent in good order.
Is it possible to pick up the goods in person?
Yes, personal collection is possible by prior arrangement at our branch. Do you buy back the goods you sell?
Yes, we offer buyback. We update buyback prices according to the market, and you can find them for each product. Buyback is possible in person or via the online buyback form.
How does the buyback work?
If you want to sell us investment gold, silver, platinum, or palladium, simply fill out the purchase form or contact us. After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will offer you a purchase price based on the current market value. We update our purchase prices regularly, and you can find them listed with each product.
Can I make a purchase for more than CZK 270,000 in cash?
No, according to the law, the maximum cash payment is limited to CZK 270,000 per person per day. Higher amounts must be paid by bank transfer.
How do you verify the authenticity and origin of the goods you sell?
We offer only products from reputable refineries that meet strict international standards, including LBMA Good Delivery certification. Each ingot or coin has a clearly documented origin, and its authenticity can be verified at any time. You can read more about our suppliers here.
Do you provide certificates of authenticity with the goods?
Yes, most gold bars are delivered sealed in plastic packaging with an integrated certificate. Larger bars or products from certain manufacturers come with a paper certificate. The purity of investment coins is guaranteed directly by the issuer.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery times vary depending on the specific product and are always listed for each item in the e-shop. For items in stock, we usually ship within 1–3 business days after receiving payment. For other items, the delivery time depends on our suppliers, so the listed delivery time is for informational purposes only—in practice, it may be shorter or longer.
What currency can I pay in?
Goods can be paid for in Czech korunas, euros, or US dollars.
How are the prices of gold, silver, and other precious metals determined?
Prices are based on current values on global stock exchanges and exchange rates. They are automatically updated at regular intervals in our e-shop so that you always see a fair and current price. Our prices are final and do not include any additional fees.
Is the price on the website final?
Yes, the prices listed on our e-shop are always final and transparent. We do not charge any hidden fees or additional margins. If VAT applies to the goods, it is already included in the displayed price. All prices are automatically updated according to the current market values of precious metals and the current exchange rate of the euro against the koruna, so you always see the real amount for which you are actually purchasing the goods.

One troy ounce (1 oz) is an international unit of weight used for precious metals. It corresponds exactly to 31.1034807 grams.
Is it possible to order goods for a company?
Yes, when placing an order, simply fill in your company's billing information. We will issue the goods to your company ID number and send you a standard tax document.

In the case of heavier goods, you can take advantage of convenient pickup directly at our premises. We are not located on a busy street, so you can park comfortably right at the entrance.
