Processing of personal data
1. The personal data controller is Gulden s.r.o., ID No.: 27564959, with its registered office at Služeb 609/6, Prague 10, 108 00, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 113689 (hereinafter referred to as the "controller"), declares that all personal data it processes is considered strictly confidential. The controller handles it in accordance with the relevant legal regulations of the Czech Republic and the applicable regulations of the European Union in the field of personal data protection.
2. The controller collects, stores, and further uses your personal data in accordance with Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on the Processing of Personal Data") and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR"). The specific purposes for which personal data are processed are set out in detail in the following sections of this policy.

7. Legitimate interests of the controller – e.g. defense in the event of a dispute (for a period of 4 years after the expiry of the warranty), prevention of fraud, direct marketing, ensuring system security, reporting criminal activity, or internal administrative needs. This list is only illustrative.
8. Compliance with legal obligations – providing information to public authorities, e.g. the police or courts.
9. Personal data is processed only for the time necessary to fulfill the stated purposes, but at least for the duration of the contractual obligations. The retention period is further governed by legal regulations or the consent given.
10. Data processing is carried out both manually and automatically, in particular for the purpose of statistical analysis of the controller's website traffic.

3. Right to request an explanation – if you suspect that the processing is in violation of the law.
4. Right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection – if you have doubts about the compliance of the processing with legal regulations.
5. Right to data portability – obtaining the provided data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (Article 20 of the GDPR).
6. Right to object – to the processing of data based on the legitimate interest of the controller. Unless a compelling legitimate reason is demonstrated, the controller will terminate the processing.
7. Right to withdraw consent at any time – if the processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

This consent is a free and conscious expression of the will of the data subject, the content of which is the consent of the data subject to the processing of personal data.
