Payment terms

Orders can be paid by bank transfer or in cash upon personal collection. We prefer bank transfer as the fastest and safest method of payment – it allows us to process your order immediately and ensure that your goods arrive as soon as possible. When picking up in person, you can also pay in cash, up to the legal limit of CZK 250,000 per person per day.

You can also make your payment conveniently using the QR code found directly in your order or invoice. The code contains all the necessary information for a quick and error-free bank transfer.

Price fixing

Price fixing is the confirmation and definitive setting of the price of investment metals at the time of your order. The prices of investment metals are constantly changing according to the current situation on world markets – specifically, according to the spot price of the metal on the exchange and the exchange rate of the CZK against the EUR or USD.

In practice, this means that when you place an order with us, we automatically fix the price – i.e., we "lock" it so that it is binding for you and will not change regardless of further market developments.

By fixing the price, we protect both you and us from market fluctuations and ensure fair, transparent, and predictable trading, where you can be sure that you will get exactly what you ordered for your money – without any unpleasant surprises caused by price fluctuations.
