2. Confirmation and Payment: You will immediately receive a confirmation with payment details. Payment is typically made via bank transfer. For in-person pickup, cash payment is also possible (within legal limits).

3. Preparation and Inspection: As soon as we register your payment, we prepare the goods immediately. Every piece undergoes careful inspection to ensure perfect condition and complete documentation.

4. Secure Delivery: We ship orders as insured mail, which is always covered for its full value. The packaging is completely discreet, so no one but you knows what is inside.

• In Stock – Delivery within 48h (Czech Republic): The goods are physically with us, and we ship them immediately after receiving your payment.

• At the supplier available for order: The goods can be ordered, and the price is fixed immediately. We will inform you about the restocking, which usually takes 1–2 weeks depending on the type of goods.

• Sold Out: For these products, the selling price is not displayed, but buyback prices are still available and up to date.

• On request: We will buy your goods or restock them soon.
